ChordexBio (“we”, “us”) operates this Onboarding Portal to collect and manage the records required to engage Affiliates, contractors, and team members.

What we collect

• Account details (name, email)
• Personal records you submit (address, contact, government ID, payout/tax data)
• Onboarding progress, consents, signatures, and assessment responses
• Technical metadata: IP address, browser, timestamps (for audit & security)

How we protect it

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Sensitive fields (Tax ID, bank, payout handle) encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
• Role-based access: only authorised HR/Admin can view your records.
• Comprehensive audit logging of all administrative access.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your records at any time by emailing onboarding@chordexbio.com.

Retention

We retain records for the duration of your engagement and for the period required by applicable tax, legal, and audit obligations after disengagement.
